Technical Support Specialist, Gas Suppression Systems, EMEA

The Technical support specialist for Gas Suppression Systems will be a key player in our enhancement of the team where you’ll be the technical backbone for our cutting-edge Gas product portfolio, supporting our worldwide sales channels and You will have the following objectives:

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced “Level 3” technical support, tackling the most complex issues
• Deliver expert-level technical training to internal sales teams
• Contribute to product development and improvement
• Be the voice of the customer within our organization

Reporting line & travelling:

The role includes up to 20% of travelling. You could be based anywhere in EMEA region where Viking EMEA has its’ offices, with possibility to work from one of our offices or from home.

Qualifications and experience:

• Deep technical knowledge of Gas extinguishing systems and related technologies
• Experience in technical support and product training
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
