VMX 3001
VMX 3001 Cyclone Monitoring Device
In the timber industry and in milling plants, especially in the chipboard industry, frequent clogging of cyclones occurs due to material deposits which result in a sudden emission of material on the clean air side. In order to detect this material accumulation in the initial stage, thus preventing breakdowns and pollutant emissions, special sensors are installed in the conical section of the cyclone. Monitoring occurs according to the light barrier principle with one infrared emitter VMX 3001-S, PN 903121 on one side, and one receiver VMX 3001-E, PN 903122, on the opposite side.
